The renter/rider must be at least 18 years of age and have valid identification. Riders under the age of 18 will be able to ride under the direct supervision and responsibility of their parent or adult guardian.
The renter/rider is PROHIBITED from leaving the Vista Cana premises with the scooters. This can and will be tracked by use of GPS and clients/riders in violation will be charged a penalty.
Brisa Ride and Vista Cana will not be held responsible for third party damages caused by renter/rider in/out of Vista Cana premises.
The renter must provide a valid credit card as a guarantee for the rental. A hold will be placed to cover possible damages/theft and additional charges incurred during the rental. This includes late fees.
The scooter and all accessories (key, helmet, charger, bags) must be returned in excellent conditions. Any damage, negligence or loss will be charged to the renter/user.
The renter/user is responsible for any traffic violations and any/all damages caused to the scooter during the rental. The renter/client must pay all tickets and expenses related to these infractions.
The scooter must not be used for illegal and dangerous activities. It must not be used for competitions, racing, acting or exhibitions.
The renter/rider must immediately inform Brisa Ride of any technical issues or maintenance needs. If the renter/rider does not inform of any technical issues or maintenance needs, the renter/rider will be held responsible of the damages caused by the issue(s).
The renter/rider must return the scooter after the time frame agreed upon during the rental (i.e. 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 24 hours, etc). Late fees will be applied.
The renter/rider is entitled to a full refund if the reservation is canceled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations must be made in writing and received by Brisa Ride within this specified timeframe to qualify for a refund. Any cancellation requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund, and the full reservation amount will be charged. By making a reservation, the renter/rider acknowledges and agrees to abide by this policy.
